“A Place to Stay” provides community-changing involvement opportunities for individuals, corporations, donors & sponsors, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations.
Every child in the foster care system deserves a loving family. The primary goal of “A Place to Stay” is to identify new families with a heart for adoption and/or foster care. Involvement opportunities include:
– Adoption
– Foster care
– Respite care/babysitting certification
– Providing support to foster family

However, if you are unable to get involved in one of these areas, there is still an extremely important thing you can do to help spread awareness about change in the foster care system. “A Place to Stay”, is funded by private sector dollars, offers corporations the opportunity to link marketing and/or philanthropic dollars with a high-profile media event. Sponsorships are available at the individual community level or of the initiative as a whole. We are also generously supported by our corporate partners and concerned citizens from across Texas. The ultimate goal – raise awareness, maximize community engagement, increase the number of foster, adopt, respite and babysitting families, while financially supporting our community partners.
